Vacant wooded property that has road frontage in Spindale City limits but goes east toward Forest City into the ETJ and abuts the City limits at the Knollwood subdivision. Land is mostly wooded, slopes from the Spindale to the Forest City side and has a creek at the lower end. Land is deeded unrestricted but a portion falls in the Forest City ETJ and would have to comply with the zoning for that area.
